- Internal wall: structural in timber frame technology with wood fibre filling, covered on both sides with Fermacell 12.5 mm thick gypsum-fibre board.

- Ceilings in two-storey houses: ready-made floor slabs in wooden technology in the STEICO system with insulation in the form of STEICO Zell wood fibres, stiffening made of OSB/3 22mm thick board from the top, 12.5mm plasterboard on a steel grid from the bottom.



Roof

- Roof structure in two-storey houses - impregnated collar beam rafter truss.

- Roofing with PRUSZYŃSKI REN type sheet metal tiles, PURMAX 40 μm brick red coating. Steel guttering in the NIAGARA system.



Joinery

- Exterior window and door joinery - by DRUTEX from the IGLO ENERGY series, Winchester Oak woodwork.

- External window sills made of steel sheet in Winchester Oak.

- Internal window sills made of conglomerate in BOTTICINO colour.



Installations

The buildings will be equipped with the following installations:

- heating in the form of radiant electric radiators and heating mats,
